The Ardonagh Group releases Shareholder Written Resolution

The Ardonagh Group announces the release of a Shareholder Written Resolution relating to the allotment, issuance and creation of new shares as consideration for the transfer to the Company of rollover loan notes issued by Ardonagh Midco 1 Limited.
