Systems Coordinator

Adam Marlow, who works as a Systems Coordinator, within the compliance team in Group Functions, shares how he’s enjoyed a diverse career filled with growth opportunities since he first joined Uris Group on a graduate programme.

We take a look behind the scenes at Atlanta, part of Ardonagh’s Retail platform, which brings together our digitally-focussed retail brands offering home, motor, van and a range of niche, personal lines and tailored products.

Emma Rawlinson, CEO of Atlanta and her team give an insight into how establishing the right culture can help teams to grow and look forwards, while having lots of fun along the way.

Jenny Howell

Senior Legal Counsel

Jenny Howell, is The Ardonagh Group's Senior Legal Counsel, who works on a wide variety of projects involving M&A, corporate and finance, using her analytical and communication skills to give advice across the business.

In her role Jenny engages stakeholders at all levels and in all areas of the business, which is something she says, that gives her great exposure.

Here Jenny shares how having the autonomy to build her career in the way she wants has allowed her to access the many opportunities available in a fast-paced company like Ardonagh.
