The Ardonagh Group Announces Completion of Acquisitions of Carole Nash and Mastercover

The Ardonagh Group (“the Group”) today announces that, further to the announcement on 11 October 2017 confirming that the Group had exchanged contracts in relation to the purchase of Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Limited* (“the Company” or “Carole Nash”) and also Mastercover Insurance Services Limited (“Mastercover”), it has now completed these acquisitions following necessary approvals from the FCA and SRA, with all conditions having been met.

Commenting on the update, CEO of The Ardonagh Group, David Ross said:
