London 14 July 2017 – KIRS Midco 3 plc, which issued £400,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 8.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 and $520,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 8.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 pursuant to an indenture dated June 20, 2016, is pleased to confirm that it has changed its name from KIRS Midco 3 plc to Ardonagh Midco 3 plc with effect from today’s date.
