The Ardonagh Group Limited (“Ardonagh”) today announces that on 31 January 2019 it completed the previously announced acquisition of Nevada Investment Holdings 2 Limited (“Nevada”). Nevada is the holding company for the Minton House Group, Professional Fee Protection and Health Insurance Group businesses.
