The Ardonagh Group today confirms that its subsidiary, Atlanta Investment Holdings 2 Limited, has completed the divestment of Bennetts Motorcycling Services Limited to Right Choice Holdings Limited, a process that was required and overseen by the Competition and Markets Authority following its review of Ardonagh’s acquisition of Bennetts on 07 August 2020.
