Following the success of our inaugural 2023 Graduate Programme launch last October, we’re excited to begin the search for our 2024 cohort.
We’re looking for our next generation of leaders who will help to build and grow our businesses of the future, whatever area you choose to work in; so if you’re ambitious, have a flexible mindset and are ready for a challenge, we want to hear from you.

As insurance industry professionals, we’re uniquely connected to our communities and we’re passionate about supporting them, especially when times are tough.
Ardonagh Community Trust
Each year our colleagues raise thousands of pounds to support the causes they care most about. Since it was founded in 2017, our independent charity, Ardonagh Community Trust (ACT) has raised over £5 million and supported 700+ charities (and counting!) all over the world.
All our employees can apply to ACT’s Community Grant programme to support a charitable project with up to £5,000 of funding and they can also boost their fundraising efforts for a chosen charity with up to £500 in match-funding. We also encourage our colleagues to take a paid day off each year to volunteer for a cause or project close to their heart.
A responsible industry presence
We work hard and we’re driven by results, but most of all, we’re a business with heart
The nature of our industry means we see the effects of climate change firsthand. From floods and wildfires, through to the devastation caused by hurricanes and droughts, our response to climate change is a priority for our business.
That is why we’re working to catalyse action across our business and our industry. We’re working to embed awareness and action against climate change by encouraging colleagues to take part in our Carbon Literacy Training Programme which has been certified by the Carbon Literacy Project.
This year we also launched our first Sustainability Report, which captures the key actions taken across our global group, demonstrating the value we bring by joining forces to bring about positive outcomes wherever we operate in the world.
In 2022 we also signed up to the most stringent principles available – the UNEP FI Principles for Sustainable Insurance (PSI) – to ensure that we’re part of the solution to deliver more sustainable global economies.
The Programme is a minimum of one-year, beginning in September 2024. Some placements will last longer, and you will be supported to explore permanent roles across the Group at the end of the formal programme.
