We are pleased to confirm that The Ardonagh Group will be releasing its Full Year Results covering the twelve months to 31 December 2018 shortly after 1700hrs (UK) on Monday 8 April 2019.
Completion of acquisition
The Ardonagh Group Limited ("Ardonagh") today announces that on 31 January 2019 it completed the previously announced acquisition of Nevada Investment Holdings 2 Limited ("Nevada"). Nevada is the holding company for the Minton House Group, Professional Fee Protection and Health Insurance Group businesses.
Completion of disposal
The Ardonagh Group Limited ("Ardonagh") today announces that on 1 January 2019 it completed the previously announced disposal of its Commercial MGA businesses to Arch UK Holdings Limited (“Arch”).
