The Ardonagh Group today announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy for the 2018 AGM of The Ardonagh Group Limited have been published and are now available on the Ardonagh Group investor website: http://www.ardonagh.com/investors/other-information
The AGM will take place on 15 May 2018 at The Ardonagh Group’s offices located at 55 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 3AS. The minutes of the AGM will be published on http://www.ardonagh.com/investors/other-information as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the AGM.
