The AGM will take place on 21 May 2019 at The Ardonagh Group’s offices located at 55 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 3AS. The minutes of the AGM will be published on http://www.ardonagh.com/investors/other-information as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the AGM.
